Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will result in STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please review return policy on the website for more details.

Damages and issues
We understand things happen out of our control, for this reason alone we offer Route Protection. Route Protection will insure and replace any damage, lost, or stolen package for a small fee at check out. If you opt - out of Route protection, Egyptian Gypsy is not responsible for your lost, damage, or stolen package. We want you to have the best experience with us. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items from Gypsy's Closet, flex shields / mask, or any other specific item listed on the website is non- returnable. Please review return policy at the bottom of website for more details.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as well.
Exchanges
For qualifying orders, we do offer exchange holds. Online exchanges have a 3 day hold guarantee, and pick up exchanges 1 day guarantee. We will only Guarantee holds if item is in stock, when exchange request is made. Please review return/ exchange policy m at the bottom of website for more details. Refunds
 Once we’ve received and inspected your return, return must be within the grace period, refund will be process same day. Refund will be return to the same method of payment item was purchased with. If STORE CREDIT must be issued, we will email you with reason and also send store credit via email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
